Brogborough Aquathlon 17/07/12

Brogborough Aquathlon.

As in previous years the format is a 400m swim in Brogborough lake followed by a 5k run on the quiet tarmac road that runs around the lake. The race starts at 7:00 pm and costs £5 members, £10 non-members to enter. All competitors will also get a free hot pasta meal and a drink afterwards.
