Bodylimits in NewportPagnell lead the way in sports injury treatment, osteopathy, sports massage, rehabilitation, nutrition, chiropody and reflexology.

The majority of therapists are sports people who are dedicated to health and fitness training.

The clinic also boasts a personal and friendly gym specialising in sports injury rehabilitation. We also offer personal training, pilates and core stability classes.

Regular circuit training and running groups for all levels of fitness are part of the service available.

• Mark Booth - Owner of BodyLimits and is one of our Osteopaths he also coaches many of you for Triathlon within Team MK and is also the race director of BigCow events.
• Martin Quill - Sports therapist, cyclist/triathlete and member of team MK.
• Lisa Webb - Sports therapist also with manipulation qualifications and runs with many of you on a Tuesday night from Bodylimits.
• Michelle Quill - Sports therapist and Mark Booths personal assistant

Team MK Discounts

All Team MK members can get 50% off (half price) the joining fee when joining the gym. For a peak single membership that's a saving of £25 over the normal joining fee of £50. Check out the Bodylimits website for full details of the different memberships and pricing.
