Swimming at Stantonbury

Stantonbury is reopening on Mon 19th September 2011

Swimming will resume at 19:30 on Thu 22nd September.

Sessions will normally be coached or led by one or more of TeamMK 3 Triathlon coaches, Mark Booth, Robin Dowswell and Toni Heap.

Through winter 2011 there will be a focus on stroke improvement. All standards are welcome.

Novice level: Most work will be on water confidence/stroke improvement and this continues throughout the year.

Intermediate level: Winter work focuses on stroke improvement and some pacing work.

Advanced level: Winter will include stroke improvement, other strokes and maintaining fitness.

There is a 5 minute land warm up before getting in the pool so please arrive at poolside by 19:25 if possible.

Cost is still £2 adult, £1 kids for the moment. Please pay the cigar box by the white board at poolside before you get in the water. Please bring 50p, £1 or £2 and not shrapnel.
