Access to the member sections of the website will be withdrawn if memberships are not renewed. The system used for the website requires that every user has a unique email. If you wish the other members of your household/family to have their own user name and password then you will need to let the Membership Secretary know the unique email address to use for them. Once we have this we can set them up.
All images on the site are uploaded by users. We cannot check individual images as they are uploaded but if we see watermarked images we will request the user either confirms they have permission or removes the image.
If you believe an image is infringing your copyright then please just send us some proof to support your claim and we will take action.
No. Please don't. Please use a reasonable, recognisable representation of yourself that will help other members put a name to the face. A major purpose for the site is to help each other know who is who and a picture or Kermit or a badgers a..e doesn't help.
Please make sure that for any images you upload to the site either you own the copyright or have the permission of the copyright holder to use them in such a fashion.
You need to tell the site what your proper name is.
Login and click 'My Account' in the left navigation block. Select the ‘My Profile’ tab and fill in your first name and surname. Fill in the other profile fields and then click the submit button at the bottom of the page.
That’s it. Your proper name will now appear if you post in the forums or the classifieds.
Go to the classifieds introduction for instructions either from the menu by clicking 'Classifieds' or by clicking here.
Go to the forums and read the forum faq. The forums can be accessed either by clicking 'Forums' from the menu or by clicking here.
